Extended Commercial License for Michelle’s Gift Studio Designs

Upon confirmation of payment, you will receive a downloadable PDF file which states my terms & conditions. Please print and save the document for your records. This file, together with your name and order number, forms your official license for the design(s) you wish to use for the extended license.

This product is a digital item. NO SVG or PNG is included with this license. SVG cutting files and PNG files must be purchased SEPARATELY.

This license allows for up to a maximum of 1,500 units, and NOT for Mass Production, Wholesale or Large Retail.

THIS LICENSE COVERS:
– ONE (1) single design from the shop (set of SVG cutting files and PNG files): a separate Extended Commercial License MUST be purchased for EACH product that you intend to use for extended commercial purposes.

HOW TO PURCHASE:

-Add the quantity of extended license(s) to your cart. If you are purchasing more than one license increase the quantity accordingly.
– Purchase this Commercial License with the chosen design(s)
If you already purchased any designs by Michelle’s Gift Studio, you can purchase this License separately.
– Please include the name of the design AND SKU # (EX. SVG808) in the Order Notes at Checkout. If you are purchasing more than one license fill in all titles and SKU’s accordingly.

• Please note that there are NO SVG or PNG files included with this purchase, all digital downloads sets must be purchased SEPARATELY.
• You can’t use shop coupons to purchase Extended Commercial Licenses. Licenses must be purchased at full price to be effective. Any license purchased in conjunction with a coupon will not be valid until the difference is paid.

By purchasing this Extended Commercial License from us, you agree to adhere to the Terms and Conditions outlined below.

Michelle’s Gift Studio reserves the right to modify the Agreement at any time without prior notice.

By purchasing this License, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, one-person license to use ONE design up to 1,500 copies. Purchase the corresponding number of licenses for the number of designs you wish to sell commercially for up to 1,500 uses. Michelle’s Gift Studio retains all rights, title, interest, copyrights, and intellectual rights.

You are NOT ALLOWED to:
– Resell, alter, share, distribute, redistribute, repackage, sub-license or give away original files (whole or in part), including for free; that would constitute a crime against Intellectual Property
– This license does NOT allow you to gift, share, give or email the designs to others
– Use a 3rd party printing, upload or sell the graphics on Print On Demand or Drop Shipping sites platforms or services or commercial websites including but not limited to; Teespring, Spreadshirt, RedBubble, Zazzle, Cafepress, Screaming Owl, Amazon, Society6, Wayfair, Spoonflower, Printiful, Alibaba, AliExpress, Zulilly, Wish, Jane.com, etc.
– Claim ownership of the designs. I remain the author of my designs at all times.
– You may NOT use the designs/graphics for copyright/trademark/service mark/registered logo or other purposes
